Indigenous peopels from Ilam district demanded their right to information on a programme jointly lauched by Nepal Kirat Kulung Language and Cultural Development and Chulachuli UNESCO Club-Kathmandu on 29th December 2006. Chulachuli UNESCO Club-Kathmandu has become a partner organization of the Janajati Empowerment and Inclusive Project (JEIP)facilitated by NGO-Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NGO-FONIN)funded by DANIDA/HUGOU Programme.
