The facilitator of the program had briefed to the participants about self-determination, self recognition, fundamental freedoms, responsibility, consultation, participation, development, natural resources, traditional economic system, employment, health, social security, education and communication and customary laws. The methodology of the program was open dialogue, discussion, experience sharing, sharing of the main objective of the program as well as justified the participant' quarries by the facilitator.
