Chandra Kulung

Today 29th October, 2006, Mr. Chandra Singh Kulung, President of the Club attended a meeting organized by NGO-FONIN to share information about implementation of the project of JEIP that were as follows.

1. All the NGO-FONIN members who are entitled to receive fund from NGO-FONIN/JEIP has to initiate a network building process in the selected district in December 2006.

2. All the NGO-FONIN member organization must have the following documents for requesting first installment of the fund approved in JEIP.

a. Financial Policy

b. Administration Policy

c. Programme Policy

d. Bank Account

e. Permanent Account Number of relevant Tax Office

3. Funds will only be provided upon mentioning the budget in Action Plan.

4. A Coordinator needs to be appointed for conducting the JEIP programme in th district..

5. The Coordinator has to manage for a preliminary survey in the concerned district under the guidelines of NGO-FONIN.

6. The capacity building programme is expected to cover at least one representative from every VDC in the district.

7. All the Accountant(s) or Treasurer of the member organizations of NGO-FONIN will be provided an Account/Book-Keeping Training for 3 days from13 - 15 November 2006 i.e. 27 - 29 Kartick (Monday - Wednesday). This is a full day programme.
