All the members are informed that the methods and volume of activity under Capacity Building Programme decided previously has been changed after receiving the guidelines of NGO-FONIN on 1st Dec.\'06. However the itinerary of the President remains the same to conduct the activities 1 and 2 mentioned below. The activity no. 3 depends upon the meeting with the local partner or would be alliance/network social organizations.

Under the guidelines only the following works has been allowed to do within Dec.\'06.

1. Formation of alliance/network of district-level society organization working on Janajati rights Rs.5,000.00

2. Organize alliance/network meeting to identify district-level advocacy issues and methods Rs.10,000.00

3. Launching district level advocacy as per the issues and methods identified in 2 Rs.40,000.00
